20,000 sq. ft. Renovation. The Cedar Lodge was built in the 1970’s. It was renovated into a highly functional homeless shelter and transitional living facility. The former motel was obsolete and in a state of disrepair and required extensive upgrading to bring the building back up to functional and maintainable standards.
